經證實Thomas Prescher ,已開始將發現於時間膠囊中過去的技術用於改造鐘錶計畫工作上。
據說該技術計畫與其最基本部份的零件,發現和Thomas
Prescher 之前推出的"三軸陀飛輪"有某些相似處。隨著Time
Capsule Project 專案的執行發言人Thomas Prescher 證實,他將會一一讓大眾得知該專案的進行。

Thomas Prescher confirmed that he was asked by
leading underwater archaeologists, to consult in a project called Time Capsule.
A spokesman of the project explained that the characteristics of the different
technical artifacts, found in the still-secret place make Thomas Prescher with
his horological knowledge and his nautical background perfect as a consultant.
It was confirmed that Thomas Prescher has started to work on remaking one of
the horological artifacts, found based on old technical plans discovered in the
time capsule.
Plans and some rudimentary parts, which are said to have certain similarity to
Thomas Prescher’s Triple Axis Tourbillon, were found. Along with the project’s
spokesman, Thomas Prescher confirmed that he will keep the public informed as t
